Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Stundeo. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. The service
Stundeo lets you publish event pages and calendar feeds that other people can add to their own calendar applications. We may add, change or remove features over time. We aim to keep the service available but do not promise uninterrupted access.
2. Your account
You need an account to create events. You are responsible for the security of the credentials you sign in with and for everything done through your account. Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has gained access to it. One person or organization per account; do not share credentials.
3. Your content
The events, descriptions, images and attendee data you put into Stundeo remain yours. You grant us only the permission needed to host, process and display that content in order to run the service, including showing it on public event pages and in calendar feeds you choose to publish.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use Stundeo to publish unlawful, deceptive or abusive content, to send unsolicited bulk messages, to impersonate anyone, to infringe others' rights, or to probe, overload or disrupt the service or its infrastructure. We may suspend or remove content and accounts that breach this section.
5. Plans and payment
Paid plans are not yet active. When they launch, prices, billing periods and refund terms will be stated at the point of purchase and this section will be updated before any charge is made. Accounts created before that point will not be charged retroactively.
6. Third-party services
Adding an event to Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, Outlook or any other application is governed by that provider's own terms. Weather and public holiday information comes from third-party sources and is provided for convenience without any guarantee of accuracy.
7. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from the account page. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms or that we are legally required to remove. On deletion, your events, calendars and attendee records are removed from our systems.
8. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, nor for attendance outcomes, missed events, or errors introduced by third-party calendar applications. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on this page with a new effective date before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that date means you accept the revised terms.
10. Contact
Questions about these terms can be sent through the contact page.
