You create an event once and Stundeo gives you a link. Anyone who opens it sees the event in their own time zone with one-click buttons to add it to Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, Outlook, Microsoft 365, Yahoo, or to download an ICS file. You do not have to know which calendar app your audience uses.

No. The event page is public and needs no sign-in. Only you, as the organizer, need an account.

No. Stundeo runs in the browser, and the events land in the calendar app your attendees already use.

The event page always shows the current details, so anyone opening the link afterwards gets the new time. People who already added the event keep their old entry unless they subscribed to a calendar feed, which does stay in sync automatically.

An event link covers one event. A calendar bundles several events into a feed people can subscribe to once, after which new and updated events appear in their calendar without any further action from them.

Yes. Every event offers embed snippets: a full card, a compact button, a countdown, and a time-and-weather view. Paste the snippet into your page and it renders inside an iframe.

Forecasts come from a free weather service that only looks about 16 days ahead. For events further out the card says the forecast is not available yet and fills in automatically as the date approaches.

Yes. Turn RSVP on for an event and attendees can answer Yes, Maybe or No from the event page. You see the responses in your dashboard.

There is a free plan, and it is the only plan currently active. Paid plans are being prepared; the prices shown on the pricing page are placeholders and nothing is charged today.

Open Account in your dashboard and use the danger zone at the bottom of the page. Deleting your account removes your events, calendars and attendee responses. It cannot be undone.

The email address is your identity in Stundeo and cannot be swapped today. You can set a display name in Account, which is what the app shows instead of the raw address.

Only what they give you. Anonymous click counts per event, and, when RSVP is on, the name and email each attendee types into the form. There are no third-party advertising or tracking scripts on event pages.

In a managed PostgreSQL database hosted in the European Union, on Google Cloud infrastructure.

Every event can be downloaded as an ICS file, and calendars expose a subscribable feed. Deleting an event or your whole account removes the data from our database.
